Arrived quickly (4 days faster than originally scheduled), insects are healthy and minimal casualties, no odor. Packaging was top notch they did a great job. I'm actually impressed by this order. I have purchased live insects online for years and this was my first time from this company and I am very happy with it all. Well done, thank you.

These arrived within the expected time frame, and all were living. A heat pack was included (temperatures were mild when I ordered them, and I live in PA, so I waited for the cold snap to be over). I did not count them, but there appear to be at least 100. They're quite active and have settled into their new tank where they will be slowly fed to a leopard gecko. Good price point (local pet shops sell these guys for about $1 each, I got 100 for $15). The size is consistent with "extra small" for my juvenile leopard gecko.

They arrived very secure, and all were alive. My bearded dragon loved them, I will order again!!

I stopped ordering from Amazon and got these straight from their website the second time. They all arrived alive and in good health both times, and they didn’t die after a couple days like pet stores do. I even found a little guy alive, hiding somewhere in the habitat for weeks.

They arrived alive lol... I ordered before reading the reviews some ppl said they came dead. Nope all good and I bought them in the cold of January! Shipping was alright could been faster. it was not 100 bugs tho lol. All and all my bearded dragon likes them. Cheaper here then pet store. Might buy again see what other bugs you sell. Thanks

The roaches arrived earlier than expected, all alive and in good condition. I'm removing one star because I ordered 100, and there's definitely not 100 in the container. I placed them one by one in my roach habitat and there was only 78.

I thought this was a really fair price for 100 extra small roaches. I wanted to feed them to my baby toads but they arrived dead, and I was sure to get the package the SECOND the mail man got here. On another note, a lot of the roaches looked way too big to be the extra small size. I understand that it's the middle of winter right now, but I swore I read that the roaches were guaranteed to arrive alive, and if there were doubts of that, then they should have sent me a warning before purchasing. In the package, there was also a little note saying that they do NOT guarantee live arrival and they mentioned buying a heat pouch next time, but while purchasing, the heat pouch wasn't even there as an option. 1 STAR!!!
