My dog is spoiled and won’t lay on it on the floor, but will if I put it on the couch or a chair. It cools her off pretty quick, she gets really hot after we play fetch in the summer. It’s durable, I stepped on it once and felt something “pop” but no gel or anything came out, so that was good. Sometimes I lay my feet on it while I’m on the couch with my dog and you can feel how cooling it is yourself.
