I recently purchased the Libragarment steamer, and I'm quite impressed with its performance. Product received without steamer! Now libra & Amazon hesitating to return product and refund money.
Dear Amazon, I order this product but the product main part which is steamer is missing. I've attached an image for the product o received. How the seller can give the customer Libra Team iron without Steamer. Now they've even rejected my return of the product. I've called customer care for more than 5 to 6 times and now I dont know when I'll get the product return and get my refund. I dont trust Libra Company product. I've order another product which is more trusted philip steam iron. Kindly help me refund this product Libra. Regards.
