Phenomenal! And I don’t use that word lately. As someone who is experienced constipation for a lifetime this is the only product on the market that I believe is all natural and works like a charm. Nothing works for me, and I consume loads of natural dietary fiber. Not to be too graphic, but I usually have one movement every 4 to 5 days. With these tart tasting plums I eat about half with a cup of warm water and the next day I’m guaranteed, a bowel movement. It has completely changed my digestion and elimination for the better. I am so grateful this product is on the market. From what I can gather from reading the ingredients, it seems to be very clean. If anyone suggest otherwise please let me know in the comments. If you are not overly constipated, be careful because they do work incredibly well. I would start off with a half or quarter with some hot water a couple hours before bed.

Works really well. Almost too well. Start with a quarter or half portion and give it a chance to work. It taste good and you want to eat the whole thing. Be careful. I would suggest taking it at night before bed.

This product not only taste delicious but will give you a satisfying p…p . No more cramps or dehydration from other means . Feeling bloated? Tired? Backed up ? This is the only way to go!! I now buy it in bulk so I never run out of! Pricey but worth it 👍🏽💯

Gimmick and overpriced. You are paying about 3.50 per tiny prune. Taste is fine. I ate half the first night and felt like absolute garbage the entire next day. My wife did the same and had diarrhea. Hard pass for me.

The Best product for clearing your body / digestive system out.

My elderly mother has had constipation issues for years. She tried everything from stool softeners, 3-Ballerina tea, Senna tablets, Miralax. Over the years only the tea and Miralax were taken long term, with limited success. After hearing about this plum, she started taking it and things have changed for the better. Now she is far more regular and easy going as well. She takes 1/2 plum per every second day or every day, depending on need. It's a chose to slice the "meat" form the pit but the result makes it worth it. If these were already pitted they would get 5 stars. They are pricey but they work.

I had never done these before I had heard about them. When I say I opened up the first package and thought I got a rotten one. come to find out that’s how they’re supposed to look. 👀 🤯 It. Kind of freaked me out. Kind of reminds me of an owl pellet. Do not lick the outside when you go to bite it. make sure you bite a small enough piece to get through the outside layer because the inside is actually a little sweet. But don’t bite too hard because there is a pit/seed in the center. I waited to do this review. Initially, I did one whole plum six hours later I was regretting not doing a smaller piece lol let’s just say a half a plum every two days is perfect. I think I figured out the right increments of how often to do it and how much. I do have to say once you bite into it or cut some off, you do need to refrigerate the left over piece. I put it in a sandwich bag and place it in the fridge. I’ve tried mine at different times at the day. once I figured out a half works for me. I do it in the morning have some coffee maybe some egg bites and by the afternoon I’m good to go and when I tell you, it takes everything out of you it empties out you!!!!! I feel 10 pounds lighter. I did not experience any cramping or any discomfort. However, the first time I took the whole Plum minus the pit. I did have to stay home the whole day. Lol My bag does say it only has 30 in them however when I ordered it did say it came with 33 pieces individually wrapped, however they did places a sticker on the bag on top of the bag that now has new quantity which is Individually wrapped 30 pieces.

These plums are beyond just a delightful treat they are nourishing. I love the tart sweetness and the beneficial nutrients I receive with just one plum. It supports my regularity and provides me a healthy gut flora. Thank you 😊 for your dedication in giving such a clean product.
