Unique at this price and fantastic for long journeys and stays
i have been traveling with and living out of this piece of gear for seven weeks in Europe. Six countries, many flights and baggage handlers, trains, busses, taxis, and more. I packed it to 60 pounds on most legs. (As a frequent flier with some status, I am allowed overweight bags.) It's generally been great and I do recommend it for long-journey travelers depending on logistics. Having read the reviews, I was worried about the wheels. I tried desperatly to find some spares. But there are a million kinds, and I bought a set that didn't fit properly. (Manufacturers, please make this easier.) To make it easier for baggage handlers and secure it from opening, I bought a couple of extra straps and neoprene handle wraps. Who knows if that's helpful or not. but I hope it's appreciated. Pros: The trunk has thankfully held up extremely well so far. Hoping it'll get me home. The sides are pretty tough and aluminum corners seem to help. (They get scratched up as they're supposed to.) The volume is enormous -- 136 liters is amazing. But size-wise, it fits precisely the max overall checked bag measurements. Great work here. The three latches are useful. Two are lockable with a code that's easy to set.. I chose this trunk because it didn't use zippers to close -- which are prone to fail. This thing seals tight and seems more secure than zipped bags. Cons: The cell phone holder and cup holder are absolutely 100% useless. Worse: the cupholder takes up interior space and would easily be broken. This could be a much better spot for another handle. And the cell phone holder on the handle is useless and dumb. The inner slides for the handle are cumbersome on the interior and take up space. I guess it's a necessary evil to maximize the overall space. The wheels -- as others have complained -- are not great. They do hang up on small curbs and stone walkways -- as there are all over Europe. These are going to be impossible to repair once broken. Why not use rollerblade wheels? Or even allow an upgrade? The wheels that are installed seem pretty cheap. (When rolling the bag, I would often use the lower pull-up handle setting and lift the wheels lightly over any possible obstacle. Not great, but worked.) There are only two handles. Add one more on each large side of the trunk to facilitate easier handling. Put some d-rings on somewhere so that I can attache a shoulder strap for the times I have to carry this thing into an ancient walled city. The flip-down hook is okay. Not great. But works. I worry about the handles breaking -- as another traveler pointed out. I don't know how you'd repair that or the wheels. Overall, for the price, this is a unique product and a terrific value. After an extensive search, I found nothing better at this size, security functionality, and price point, and it's worked great for me.

Very good product
I do a lot of traveling and I need quality luggage. This suitcase is not very large, but it sturdy and attractive. I like the latches and that both sides has zippered flaps.

Disappointing Design Flaw with Wheel Interference
UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me and ultimately claimed that it was not a “product problem” and refused to do anything about it. When a $200 product cant even perform one of its main functions, then there is a problem. Absolutely terrible product and even worse customer support. You can see from the video that even pushing it a few feet is an absolute pain as the wheels just instantly jam. I recently purchased this suitcase, hoping it would be a reliable companion for my travels. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed by a significant design flaw that has greatly impacted my experience. When carrying more than 43lbs, the body of the suitcase interferes with the wheels, causing the suitcase to randomly halt. This issue makes maneuvering the suitcase extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially in busy airports or on uneven surfaces. Instead of gliding smoothly, the suitcase often comes to an abrupt stop, adding unnecessary stress to the journey. I expected a suitcase at this price point to handle a reasonable load without such issues. While the suitcase is aesthetically pleasing, this problem with the wheels significantly diminishes its overall functionality. I hope the manufacturer addresses this flaw in future designs, as it severely limits the practicality of an otherwise promising suitcase. For now, I cannot recommend this suitcase to fellow travelers who need to carry heavier loads. Until this issue is resolved, I suggest looking for alternatives that offer more reliable performance.

Sturdy and Durable
I purchased the 22 inch carry-on and the 30 inch luggage set. The luggage is made of lightweight aluminum material that's sturdy and durable. I love the chic and super fashionable look and feel of the luggage. The spinners roll easily and are noiseless, and the protectors at the corners of the larger luggage offers additional protection from scratches and damages during trips, though I'm yet to use the set. The larger luggage is square in shape, and not rectangular like traditional suitcases, and both the top and bottom are of equal depths. It's certainly ideal for long extended trips. The 22 inch carry-on is somewhat compact due to the outside laptop compartment and the aluminum non-expandable material, but may suffice for a weekend trip. Overall, the chic glossy design and lightweight material are the main draw.

Issa vibe, ya ya!
Im a CoS (basically a personal assistant), so I am quite literally on the go all the time, and oftentimes to random climates so I have to pack as if I’m going to the alps one day, and visiting h3ll the next. That being said, I’ve taken this thing to several countries, tons of domestic flights and I’m actually pretty thrilled with how well they’ve held up over the last 7 months. I DO NOT recommend packing to the gills. I’ve done it, but I have damaged one from cramming so many things in it. If you like nice things for a reasonable price, this is it. I have 5 large ones I take with me. LARGE CASE: incredible. I love the jet black vibe and the ribbed-for-your-pleasure look. CARRY-ON: hard pass. The stability is modeled as if gawd gave Hellen Keller a second chance. If I don’t have an obsession for matching suitcases I’d toss it and find a new one. OVERALL: Worth it. Especially if you travel frequently.
