Poor quality, worse customer service
Part of the product came damaged, other parts failed almost immediately. After about a month and a half of back and forth with the company, they now tell me the product is lost and they can't do anything about it, that I should contact Amazon for a refund or replacement. Disappointed in both quality and customer service. We had ordered 3 sets, all poor quality.

Missing 3 screws
Easy to use and put together but it was missing 3 screws that you need in order to utilize all 6 poles
