Yes. You can recharge the battery on the charger before it is fully discharged. For these type of batteries,not allowing the battery to completely drain and generally keeping charge levels between 10-80% can improve the battery life. A 50% battery level is recommended for long term storage.

Q: The picture shows a 2.oah but the description says it for an 4ah, i see one of the comments says they recieved the wrong battery.which one is it?

I received a 4Ah battery. Yes, the picture is misleading. Make sure you check the seller's return policy just in case you are shipped the wrong one!
