Pump was defective out of the box
I purchased based on it shipping from Amazon so I figured the warranty would be an easy process. Received the pump very quickly as promised. First the filter was so tight it took a pipe wrench to take off. Filled with gas to make sure the pump primed. Install is very easy. Engine started right up but within a minute it died and wouldn’t start fully. Acted like it wanted to but would die. Pump primed but won’t seemed starved for gas. Tested the pressure on low end and reads between 8-10 psi. Tested the high end on the fuel rail, and no pressure. Pump was defective out of the box. Reached out to manufacturer on their website twice as instructed and received no response. Returned to Amazon. Waiting on them to send a refund. Use caution when purchasing as they do not seem to have good customer service. Let’s hope Amazon stands behind a product they sell.
