I read a lot of bad reviews but also some very good ones. My experience has been great with this machine. I was able to knock out 5 projects in just a few hours that would have taken me days stitching by hand. I did do a little polishing on some of the components just to make it a little smoother. I actually like that it's hand crank instead of motor driven because it helps to make precise stitches. Overall total game changer for my leather working.

It never work

Thought this was normal until I saw other machines online. Works, but has a big learning curve.

I bought this machine to help me with sewing the gussets and the all around top of my bags and I'm very happy with the results, stitches are great, well balanced. I added a servo motor to it to control the speed and be able to hold the bag with two hands. Instead of spending $2000 on a cylinder arm sewing machine, I upted for this machine and with the servo motor all under $250. I have to say that this seller is fantastic, super fast shipping and packed with extra care. I recommend this machine. Look at the stitch quality on the pictures.
