They do work. I ordered for a size 45 but ended in M not even close...but im already in the artic .returning it will takes weeks for replacement or refund...so the heel part is on my foot arch....

These are great in theory but sizing was an issue. The back cleat fell into the hollow underside of my boot which then did not work. I did manage to pull the strap onto the high top of my work boot to get it to fit right. These would work way better on a shoe with a flat sole.

Really good for walking on icey pavements .no slipping .brillant grip Comfortable on trainers .great value .not noticeable really on black trainers

Used these grippers this winter for dog walking. Kept me from falling in icy conditions. Comes with replacement cleats but so far I haven’t lost any.
