To begin I love the bottle, I really appreciate that it is see through so I can easily see how many pills are left. Everything is clearly labeled and listed on the bottle. The capsule itself is a decent size, it's not a huge pill which is nice. Again I love the see through pills. There is not a bad taste that comes along with taking the pill and it goes down easily. I don't feel any negative side effects while taking the supplement. I do feel as though my energy level has boosted a bit, like I can continue to do activities for a bit longer without getting tired as fast. In regards to weight management I've only been taking it for a week so I can't really speak much on that end but I know I haven't gained weight since being on it lol!
