As somebody who has both bowel and bladder full voids which are involuntary, these have been a lifesaver. They can handle/ hold a tremendous amount of liquid and everything else. The only thing I wish is that the company would make pull-ups of the same material they would be billionaires. The fit is adjustable but I caution if you are between sizes because they may slip off. They're extremely absorbent and the design is readjustable however the tape can only be readjusted twice so make sure you do it right the first time. It's an excellent quality product with very little room for improvement. And they do hold a lot.

Easily the best product in this category on the market. Durable, strong tabs, and the outer plastic makes it easy to slide under the patient. A bit pricier but completely worth the premiium. Other products are a waste of money because you'll use more - they tear and leak where this product's design prevents those events from occuring. You'll save yourself a lot of grief to pay a bit more.

These work better than any available diapers that we have found. We have a 33 year old disabled son who required diapers 24/7 and finding something that works has been a long investigation. The Northshore tab style diapers combined with some extra pads works wonders, but they are hugely expensive.

These are the best in the industry. My mom is able to have confidence when she is out in public. No more leakages and oops.

These diapers are super absorbent they easily lasted 10 hours without having to worry it would leak. I am 5'3 and 125lbs and the small fit perfectly it is hard to find diapers that fit well in my size. They are a bit more on the expensive side but worth it when you know you have an extended time between changes. I will hopefully be trying other Northshore diapers soon.
