These are pretty great, use them all the time for 3d prints and heat set them into PETG usually. I've never had any issue setting them in or pulling out from use etc. It's a good assortment for all types of projects.

I had not used these inserts before, but now, with my hobbies, I can't live without them. I used my 3D Doodle pen to heat them and push them in, and it worked great. These are packaged in a nice clear poly case and very well organized. Each compartment is built into the case. Both the outside and the inside of the lid show what is in each compartment. This is the right style to purchase. Each insert has an end that is smaller then the knurled part which makes it easy to set inside the pilot hole I drilled into the plastic. I had an old 3D doodle pen that I have not used for quite some time, and discovered that it is perfect to heating the insert and pushing it into the plastic. Nice little tab so I can hang it on the pegboard of my work bench.

Smooth and quick transaction and the price was well worth paying.

For the price you get a good amount and variety. They work great for 3d prints where you need a reliable thread to work with.

Very good item but too many are sizes I will never use. I wish there were more of the larger ones.

They seem to be built well enough for brass inserts. The size was accurate and they work for the project that I was doing.
