Only have a 20mm rebate latch

Returning item
Returning this item as the door lock doesn’t fit my door lock it was a fast delivery. It came compacted and sealed so that is the only reason why it’s four stars because it didn’t fit my door.

Does not work
I bought this product for a solo trip this July. I took it out of the box and popped in a new battery, the alarm was loud, exactly what I needed. It was a quick 5 mins functionality check. I took out the battery and left the product on the shelf. Fast forward to when I actually had to use the product. I popped the battery back in, turned on the device, there was no sound. I replaced the battery, still no sound. I’m now stuck with a product that I can’t return as the return timeline has closed. Am I happy? Absolutely Not!

Bought these products to take on holiday just as a extra precaution they were easy to use and fitted perfectly and easy to install. Definitely a must have and good value for money.
