I love this. So easy to use. I have a lot of tile so this machine is great. It cleans really well. It also has a suction feature. You can use this machine when you have a dirty spill on the floor. You can use this to dry your floor when you clean it really well. I just have a little amount of carpet so I use the suction feature to vacuum my carpets. It is easy to use and battery operated so you plug it in when you are done cleaning it. So no cord to carry around when you are washing the floor. I highly recommend it. Not cheap but worth every penny if you have tile floors. Oh, it speaks to you in different languages. You pick which one you want to hear. So cool!

My house is 80% tile. We picked a light grout…our bad. Had the floors professionally cleaned & grout sealed, but within 3 months, the grout looked dirty again. Using a traditional mop or absorbent microfiber pad pushes most of the tile surface dirt back into the grout. Well with the Tineco, we no longer have that problem. It picks up the dirt, rather than smearing it around. The dirty water tank had some filthy water when emptied, yet the floor had been microfiber mopped a day earlier. And, the self-cleaning…it’s great! More dirty water to empty, but glad it didn’t stay in the pad. The flash dry is a bit pricy, but probably worth it, as you don’t have a wet roller sitting in the unit for extended periods. Overall, a 9.5 out of 10. Unit is quiet. Feels quality. The self-propelled wheels are smooth & glides the machine across the floor effortlessly. It loses .5 points for poor assembly instructions. The box contained a clear plastic sheild, but nothing in the instructions. Had to go to YouTube to figure it out.

It really is a great concept and works well when it does, but it’s cheaply made. The back where it supports the mop has cracked (even though this was used with care and never dropped) and is unable to stand straight on its own. Thought I could use this carefully while I wait for support to get back to me, but not only has it completely fallen apart, but they also tell me it doesn’t fall under warranty. I’ve only had this for a year (purchased October 2024) and based off of other reviews, it looks like they purposefully don’t honor the warranty. For this price, you’re better off buying from actual brands that are known for their quality.

My daughter-in-law has one, and had raved. I’ve got two dogs and a husband in construction, so I needed the extra help in keeping the floors clean and this puppy really delivers. It’s super easy to operate and keep clean. I love the two chambers for clean water / dirty water. But the real standout is how thoroughly clean the floors were afterward. I used my old mop (a Bissell with round mop pads that spin) and immediately afterward, went back over the same area with the Tyneco and was stunned at how much more dirt the Tyneco picked up. Shocking how much dirt the Bissell was leaving on the floor. Then, when it’s on the charger, it self-cleans. I bought the model with the heated cleaning cycle (it lasts maybe five minutes), and I’m happy about it. I feel like it keeps the whole unit very clean. It really is important to always empty the dirt water container afterward as instructed—don’t let it sit, or the smell the next time you use it will be bad. I wish I’d bought this last year when I first learned about it. It really is an excellent mop/vacuum.

I was so excited to get this product. A family member has one and highly recommend it. When I first received it and for the first 60 days, I will say it made my life so easy. It was great! Then right after the return window…… it stopped working. Dealing with the company directly has been a nightmare! I had to pay to send it in for repair and then….. never got the machine back. They shipped it back with no signature required and thought the tracking says delivered. I never got it! I don’t know why they wouldn’t require a signature for delivery when even Amazon did when I first purchased it. I am completely disappointed in the whole process and company customer service. I have filed a claim with ups and no response yet. What started out as a great product has turned into an expensive nightmare. I have no refund and no machine

I went with the top of the line at 7 with this flash dry glad I paid the extra money works great on daily use, 2200 square feet of tile.Some of the more ground in dirt , you might have to use a magic eraser and get deep into it , but this is perfect does the job well long-lasting battery and I like that.You can swap out the brush rolls after you use it for a while and get a new one.New filter included and a new extra brush roll.So that was good.It picks up hair dirt grime

This is my second Tineco product in the last 12 mos. I was leery to order again. My cordless vacuum cleaner motor went out in just 13 months. The company honored a replacement motor since it was so close to the year warranty so I have been pretty happy with the customer service thus far. I caved and bought this 800.00 S7 unit for my 4100 sq ft all tile floors in my house. Today I unpacked it and used! Very easy to assemble and easy instructions. I can say WOW the unit cleans well, (but not that well for grout) and the water tank only is good for about 10 minutes of cleaning before it alerts you to rinse the unit and add more water. So far my only complaint is the water tank could be bigger and battery is 30 minutes but is really more like 15-20 because the self cleaning mode eats up the batter whilst not using the machine. I am overall very happy with the performance of item given I was using a Swiffer mop before and killing my arms and back. I will hope this unit does not crap out like my vacuum did.

La he usado unas 5 veces pensé que era más potente, para aspirar no tengo quejas pero lo que está sucio en un piso grumoso si se batalla porque hay que pasar unas cuantas veces y tener paciencia, de ahí en fuera se hace muy práctica, aspira, trapea y barre al mismo tiempo lo que me ahorra mucho tiempo. La luz funciona para ver lo que se va aspirando, yo tengo 3 gatos, con el pelaje de gato se forza mucho y se gasta la batería más rápido. Quizá otro modelo sea más eficiente para mi. Pero en si es buena regular. Me la vendieron en todas las redes como lo máximo y creo debe haber mejores.
