Packaged to Fail
Such a wonderful item, but arrived broken with a lot of glass everywhere. It was packaged in an oversized box with one sad little air bag thingy. If sent out from fulfillment like that, the manufacturer should demand better pacakaging or send it to the fulfillment center in better packaging. Definitely bummed out, because it would’ve been great!

Arrived cracked
This Tray is beautiful. But not packaged well enough. Large cracks in the glass I am returning it. I may try to purchase again but am reluctant based on the other reviewers that also had breakage issues.

Tray is prettier than shown, but arrived with one side with handle broken off. Appeared to be packed that way. Superglue worked but...Will update.
