A really impressive watch which is well made. I love the colour of the dial. I have had lots of good comments from friends who have noticed me wearing it-so glad I treated myself!

Just received my order and I am delighted on opening the box is took the winder plastic out and set the right time only the watch would not work I was very disappointed I took it to a jewelers and it was only the battery in am so glad that it worked because I love the look of the watch I don't understand stand why it was not tested before it was dispatched i gave it 4 stars for that purpose

The watch itself was OK although it didn't work, probably because the battery had gone flat during storage.The slip with the bracelet indicated that it could be altered by sending the watch back to a local service agent indicated in the guarantee booklet, but no booklet was included! The customer service telephone was not answered so I sent an Email asking where I could send the watch to have the strap adjusted and the battery replaced. I have now been advised by them that they do not carry out work in-house and they suggest that I arrange for a local watch repairer to do the work at my expense! It seems to me that the so called 2 year guarantee advertised with the watch will be worthless and ineffectual if the manufacturers are unable to carry out repair work.

I have ordered this as a surprise gift to my girlfriend only to find out it doesn't work, so I returned the first one and requested a replacement. Guess what! the replacement doesn't work either this time I actually took the watch to a local shop to make sure that I was not being dumb, not knowing how to get the thing to work. I was told that the battery is dead so I have now asked for a full refund. I would have probably thought it was not Amazon's fault the first time I had to send it back but sending a watch with a dead battery a second time, especially after mentioning the reason of the replacement is in my opinion lethargy and pathetic customer service. Oh BTW thanks for ruining the occasion for us too!

I purchased this limited edition watch from Amazon and was delighted when it arrived within the time stated and eagerly opened the box only to find that the watch wasn't working which was a great disappointment. However I took it to a jewelers who checked it and thankfully the watch only required a new battery.I can now enjoy my purchase but would kindly suggest that watches should be checked to make sure they are in fully working order before sending them out to customers
