Great value for money
Excellent radio, better than Xtrons. Easy install

Bought For Value but You Get What You Pay For
The worst radio ever, with matching customer service. I had this radio for too long before I installed it, or I would have returned it. It's been nothing but troubles since day 1 and their customer service blames everything but the radio. It was randomly turning itself off, even though the buttons beside the display never missed a beat on the color changing. They said it was my Maestro that connects the radio to the vehicle. I asked them about the firmware update because even my 12 year old Samsung flash drive was too new, so they finally sent me a flash drive with the firmware, all the time saying it wouldn't do any good. Turns out it was stable for a while. Now it's back to turning itself off again, or sometimes switching from wireless Android Auto to what I think is FM radio, then back to Android Auto. The screen doesn't refresh fast enough to see what the other input is it switches to. The sound quality is much better than my old head unit, but that's not saying much. The radio also randomly factory resets itself and I have to re-pair my phone. Sometimes it won't factory reset but it says there is no phone to pair to, even though it shows my phone paired. Bottom line, their software is junk and it's a pain to do much of anything with. Get a high quality head unit, not this!

Breathe new life into an older car
Swapped into a 2011 Corolla using a no-cut wiring harness adapter. Wireless Apple CarPlay is working perfectly, and worked great with the added backup camera.

Good upgrade
Works pretty well. Not sure if it’s a product issue offer vehicle related, but sometimes the radio will turn off right after starting the car. I like how it fits in my FJ cruiser. I was able to add a USB port for phone charging which was a nice upgrade. Bluetooth Apple car play is a real game changer too. I can load up my favorite map app and get directions from the radio super easy. Sound quality is fine, but I’m running stock speakers.

Nice unit, but the installation instructions for use with a PAC Audio interface for SWC need updated
I bought this unit to replace the Jensen CAR710X that died on me with the thought it should be an easy unplug the dead unit and plug in this unit as the harness was the same, and while it was simple plug and play, I had no sound for any map applications or phone calls when using Apple Carplay. This unit is in a 2012 Ram 3500 and was installed using a PAC Audio Interface to maintain steering wheel controls which worked perfectly for the CAR710X, however Jensen/DUAL Corp changed what channel the voice for maps and calls come through. Previously it was through the rear channels which is how the directions for the PAC Audio interface are for wiring connections. Well with this new unit, Jensen changed to the front channel for voice audio for calls and maps, but yet failed to provide any additional instructions to state how to wire in the PAC Audio device as this new design contradicts on how PAC Audio states to connect the wiring. The solution is to pull the dash apart, remove the radio and change the wiring going into the PAC Audio Interface. While the unit does have great sound and is easy to operate, not providing clear wiring directions for use with a PAC Audio interface for their new design is a complete let down and is why when I open the dash up to fix it, I will instead replace it with a Kenwood unit and will never buy a Jensen product again.

Amazing value
I got this to install in my girlfriend's car and she loves it. My main focus was to get her a radio that has wireless apple carplay and this was a perfect solution. The connectivity is great along with the touchscreen capabilities. I will say when you use the screen to pause play or skip a song it is slighly behind but other thatn that its amazing. I like to do a lot of things DIY when it comes to our vehicles and this was very straight forward when it comes to installing. Th einstructions were very clear and the support online was alos very helpful.

Annoying Android Auto connection issues
I like the head unit when it works, but I have an issue about one in five times where Android Auto doesn't launch automatically. I have to go into the available paired devices and manually select my phone, which usually allows it to connect, but it's distracting to do while driving. I've tried it with two different phones (both new Google Pixel devices) and both have the same issue that I don't have with other Android Auto vehicles. When it works, the sound quality is good and the 10 band EQ works well to dial in the sound. The volume knob is always laggy feeling the first time you use it after powering on, but it's fine after that. I chose this unit because I wanted a physical volume knob, but I'd look elsewhere if you don't care about that. I'm on the newest firmware.
