As computers go, this one is really good.
No problems with the heat level. No problems what-so-ever. It's a great gaming computer.

Quiet, Fast, & Built For Gaming!
I bought this because my previous Alienware Aurora (7+ years old) was having all sorts of issues with network performance and graphics card glitches. After spending more money and time troubleshooting the issue, I finally decided to upgrade to this new machine. I’m really glad I did! The liquid cooling makes the machine incredibly quiet (especially compared to the “Dust Buster” air cooling solution of older models. I have thrown every modern game at this machine and it handles them all without cracking a sweat! Definitely a major improvement over my previous Alienware Aurora.

Great PC!
At first I was skeptical about buying a prebuilt PC. But i took my chances and went with this one and I can say i am not disappointed! Runs great! Graphics are good! Easy to set up and get going for beginners as well

For the amount of money you spend you would think you wouldn't have issues.
Games run great when they are working good, but I keep constantly have games freezing up for a few seconds and are also have really bad issues with audio desync... UPDATE: I got in touch with dell customer service and they were able to fix my issues by remote controlling my computer and fidgeting with things.

AVOID THIS PREBUILD
I got this prebuild without researching what it was, the first day I plugged it in, the cooling was horrible, the cpu would be around the high 100 range and would sometimes overheat and turn off, There is no space for upgrades, I struggled installing a different cpu cooler and most parts are very hard to remove and everything about the case is a nightmare, it runs below average, and with the same price you can get a way better pc if you just research and build your own, definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this prebuild, I suggest something else and stay away from this

Amazing computer.
Purchased this beast for MSFS. ADDED A 2tb Samsung 990pro to empty slot and this machine with the 4070 super exceeds my ecxpectations. I’m seeing 60-70fps in ultra 4k settings. . Everything works like it’s supposed to work. I can’t understand all these people who say to stay away from this product. Highly recommend Alienware products. Once you receive the computer you must upgrade windows update to use alien command center. This machine only gets fan noise when playing extensive based graphics like it’s supposed too. Great value for money.

Great for hobby gaming and everything else.
Massive upgrade over my “gaming laptop” that being an msi I bought nearly ten years ago. The only downside is the storage capacity, which is easily upgraded and I plan to do so soon. No issues.

Only had a few days so far but so far I love it. Extremely quiet, you can see the Nvidia RTX graphics card logo through the glass on the left side, small enough to fit into most desk lower shelf compartments for towers. Fast performance, Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card handles all of my high graphics-intensive games phenomenally and the graphics quality is superb. Great computer for gaming or office.

I had an Alien desktop years ago and decided to invest in this one. So far it seems quite good as a pre-built. This was the basic model with no frills. At this price range you have to expect there will be some things that will need upgrading. To start with 16 Gb of RAM is rather crappy so expect to up that to 32 Gb. I purchased Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32Gb. The fan for the CPU is probably ok, but is grossly bland looking. I swapped that out for a Cooler Master Hyper 622 at less that a hundred bucks. I'll likely stick with the PSU as it seems like it'll do the job. There aren't a lot of things you can do to upgrade this computer due to Dell's Upgrade limitations on these Alienware's. But really, who's going to waste a ton of money upgrading when you can get a whole new system for around 2 gran when the time comes around again for a new system. But one thing you will need to replace is the pathetic keyboard and mouse that is included. They market this as a gaming systen then throw in the worst KB and M I've even seen. Dell, you need a kick in the backside for this. Bottom line, if you aren't too fussy and are looking for a premade system that'll play most games and are willing to fork over a few more dollars to up a few cheap components as mentioned earlier, then this should suit your needs. If you can get it on sale then go for it, if not then it's a bit on the pricy side.
