Easy to swallow and packaged well. Good price. Can’t really say if it works, but I have continued using it as I have increased my exercising and it has a good measure of vitamin D as recommended by my GP, so I don’t have to buy separate medications It is easy to swallow and leaves no after taste like others do. I don’t eat seafood so works for me. It doesn’t smell
