After been using it for a month, this hair removal device really work well for me. I have thin hair on my leg and I used for a month following the instruction comes with the device, I can see clearly the hair is growing slowly , even stopped using for the second month,I barely see any hair. I purchased the Air 10 in July. The device was very easy to use, though it was a bit shocking at first to be pulsed with a bright laser. Good thing they provided safety glasses! The treatments were painless and effective. After a month of use much of the targeted areas were hair-free. It was working great until September when the contact sensor started to fail. It would work if I turned it on while holding it against my skin; as soon as I moved it away it would stop working (which is correct) but then wouldn't work if I put it back against my skin (which is incorrect). After this it needed a full cold reset -- unplug power. I contacted Ulike customer service and they responded within a day. They asked me to try a few things, but also offered to send a replacement unit. The replacement arrived within a few days, and works great! They even provided a pre-paid label to return the faulty unit. They also followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working as it should. Thank you Ulike for standing by your product!

This device is extremely practical and efficient to use. It’s comfortable in the hand, it removes hair quickly and it’s made with quality material. My wife loved it and would absolutely recommend it.

I am a woman and purchased this to use to make my bikini line and armpits look smoother between shaving. I don’t mind shaving every day, but the little dark spots left behind from the hair roots on my medium light skin were bothersome. I’ve been using this approximately three times per week on SHR mode for the past two months and have absolutely notice a significant difference. The hair roots are less visible and the skin in those areas looks and feels much smoother. I had used it on my face at a lower setting to treat a couple of stray hairs on my jawline, and actually have noticed a reduction in dark spots on my face. That wasn’t why I bought it but it was a very pleasant surprise. I have not used laser hair removal devices before, but this one is quite comfortable and the cooling technology is excellent, as others have said. It has a good design, is easy to use and seems to be excellent quality. I will continue to use this device for maintenance, would absolutely purchase it again and recommend it to others. Update—I’ve used this about 2 times weekly for the past 2 months (after using every other day for the first 2 weeks) and it is working great for bikini line and armpits. Also continues to work great for age/sun spots on my face, despite my dermatologist telling me it probably wouldn’t. For the past 2 weeks I have used this on my daughter’s mild KP which is on the backs of her upper arms and thighs, and it has worked great even after just 4 treatments. I use SHR and glide mode 100% of the time for both of us and while the device gets hot after a while, I have had no functional issues.

I rarely ever write reviews but I have been using the air 10 for about a year now so I think it's a good time for it since I have been using it for a bit and had the time to test it. I initially got it to try and reduce the redness on my arms that was due to Keratosis pilaris as I had tried everything that I could think of to try and get rid of it I had tried every exfoliant and every moisturizer possible but nothing worked to get rid of the redness. So from my research it said that IPL was a great way to reduce KP so I thought why not. The ulike definitely has some cons but I think the pros definitely out weigh the cons for sure Pros: it's super easy to use and has 3 different modes, the SHR modes give the strongest zap and therefore the best results. It also has a high setting and a fast setting if you are in a pinch for time. You don't have to press the button every time on the fast setting you just have to hold it for 2 seconds and put it against your skin and go.I use the SHR first and then go over again using the fast setting just to make sure I get everything. The ice cooling makes it to where I don't feel anything even when using the SHR mode so it's really comfortable to use. It definitely works and I have seen results, my hair dosnt come in nearly as thick or as dark on my legs and it has definitely lightened my kp redness on my arms and it's nearly gone on my legs (I have been using it on my legs for a longer amount of time so I think after a few more months my arms will be a lot lighter) Cons: you have to use it religiously in order for it to work well. It's recommended to use it every 2 to 3 days especially for the first month and then you can scale it back to every week. You have to shave every single time you use the device in order for it to penetrate the hair follicle so if you are like me and you hate shaving it will definitely be hard to get in a routine to do it. I recently bought a chargeable electric razor on here and it has definitely been helpful to keep on the routine because I don't have to shave in the shower and I don't get nicks everytime I shave anymore so think about getting one of those if you are like me. Another con that is kind of annoying is that the device can overheat when used too long and it will shut off on its own and you have to wait a few minutes to cool down in order to use it again. It's not a deal breaker for me but definitely annoying since you have to pause in between use. Another con which some people might have a problem with is that it is pretty expensive so some people might not have to money to spend 400 dollars on a hair removal product. I will say that I got a discount code from one of the influencers I watch on YouTube so I got about 200 dollars off with that code so just look on social media and you might find something similar! All in all I think this is a good device if you have the expenses to buy this product and if you are looking to remove hair or if you are like me and trying to reduce redness from KP you just have to keep up the routine in order to get the best results.

I've been using the Ulike Air 10 for a few weeks and I'm very impressed. It's virtually painless, thanks to the cooling technology, and super easy to use. I've already noticed slower and finer hair regrowth, with some areas barely growing back at all. It feels well made and delivers salon like results at home. Definitely worth the investment highly recommend!

i've used razor blades for about a decade+ for my arms and underarms every shower. every 2 days, hair just sticks out and makes me super self-conscious, so i hide it with long sleeves even in the summer. say that i buy those expensive packs of razor blades ($50~60AUD) every 8 months. that'd mean i have bought up to at LEAST $750~900AUD worth of razor blade cartridges since i started shaving. not to account the prices that go up and down! with this purchase, im making sure that i dont need those anymore! i have been using this on my arm and underarm since the 18th of august, in a routine of using it every 2 days. 1 month later as to writing this (23rd of september), i just noticed that there hasnt been any noticeable growth!! im excited about the results! i'll move on to using this on my legs soon, and i can't wait! at first, it hurt using it in certain areas like the back of my hand or lower parts of my underarm.. even in normal mode. however nowadays, i consistently use SHR (super hair removal) for my underarms. back of the hand still hurts, but i definitely got used to it! lightly flick your finger onto the back of your hand, that's how it feels. it just seems like it hurts more because of the intense flash of light it works just as intended and gets results in just as promised! i hate my body hair, so this purchase is the best i've ever done. MAKE SURE TO WEAR THE INCLUDED GLASSES!!

I was telling my sister how good I found it and so when offered the latest model I jumped at the chance. As me and my sister don't live very close to each other its not really practical to share mine. This is a really comprehensive machine and very simple to use. The set comes in really lovely packaging with a strong smart looking storage box, all the necessary cables, protective glasses, small razer and instructions. It can be used on the arms, legs, tummy, back, under arms and bikini area. It has lots of different settings to suit various skin sensitivities, these include: fast, normal, high and SHR modes. The machines work best on lighter skin shades and are not recommended for darker tones. They work best at removing darker hair and are not recommended for blond or grey hair. After use its a good idea to moisturise your skin. It is best to give a quick shave of the area you intend to treat the day before as you need a tiny bit of hair remaining. Having one of these machines is perfect for home use as you can use it every few days to start with, without the problem of having to book an appointment at a salon. Even though the initial outlay is high, it can actually work out cheaper in the long run, especially if sharing it with others in your household. My daughter has a couple of friends round and they have a chat and a beauty session once a week. The machine is pain free and works best if you use it more frequently to start with but you can reduce the sessions after just a few weeks. I really lovely machine which I highly recommend.

This came very well presented in retail packaging. Upon opening the box, the contents sit snuggly in their own little resting place and includes instructions. The machine itself looks very professional and is easy to hold and easy to navigate. I absolutely love that it automatically detects skin tone and adjusts accordingly. It is suitable for most skin tones and hair colours, but there is a handy guide to educate about this, so no need to spend ages researching the net. This is able to be used all over the body, and if used consistently results can be seen very quickly, which is absolutely fantastic! Just in time for summer! The coverage is much larger on this unit than I expected it to be, and I like the dual lights, meaning you get to blast those unwanted hairs sooner rather than later! That said, neither the unit nor the light pulse have overheated, even when my daughter did her lower legs. There are different modes to choose from depending where on the body you wish to treat and your own skin sensitivity. Again, details about this are clearly explained in the instructions. I have tried it on my underarms and have not experienced any discomfort or soreness afterwards. It is still early days for me, as it was only delivered last week, but so far, I am very impressed with the unit itself and what I am seeing and experiencing. I realise the price is very high at £499, but it offers convenience and saves time. I can’t personally get out to the salon, so this is ideal for me! Very pleased and happy to recommend it.
