The product looks great and the black ice scent smells wonderful. As I began to charge my product before using, I realized that I was missing the wick that draws the scent from the bottle. I registered my product and quickly sent a support email. I was responded to quickly and efficiently and the replacement wick and additional scent bottle were on their way to me. I chose this product, which is on the more expensive side, based on perceived value (scent lasts 6 months) and I can now saw the value has at least increased by double. Insider tip - register your product and you may just 2 additional scent bottles (wink-wink).

UPDATE...Mandy from Ceeniu reached out to me about the review. She was extremely helpful in replacing my current unit that would only last 2 or 3 days after charging. She sent me the smart version that had a more advanced battery. I have used it now for over a week and the charge worked perfect. Mandy also had the new unit to me in 2 days. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I would recommend this product. The battery on my previous one didnt last long but still worked great. Changing from a 3 star to a 5 star just because of the customer service and standing by their product. The concept is good but battery life is horrible..I need to keep it plugged in at all times. Battery life is about 2 to 3 days if your lucky. It does not warn you items about to go dead until you get in your vehicle and notice no smell. The fragrance smells good overall. The ice one not so much. For the amount of money you pay for the device o would hope the battery was better. Overall it does work.

The car freshener is a must have if you like your vehicle to have a fresh scent each time you open the door to go for a drive or work or wherever. I was looking at different car fresheners and this one stole my heart. It comes with a huge bottle of fresh scent along with the machine diffuser. So at first i was hesitant on how to set it up but after unboxing said product it was easy breezy beautiful cover girl to set it up. Read the instructions please, it’s not lengthy and very easy to set up. When ppl get into my ride the first thing they comment on is how fresh the vehicle smells. And then they ask me where I purchased it from. I said on Amazon of course. lol wink wink Anyways before the scent runs out which last I believe for 5-6 months i will purchase another bottle, luckily i don’t have to purchase the diffuser…

Wow is all I say! First it looks amazing with the blue light. Second no turning on and off. It auto turns on when it senses you’re moving so the scent and battery last a long time!!! What more can you ask for? This is the product to buy. I’m getting this as a gift for all my family members. I just love it!!! Definitely recommend!!
