Not easy to assemble

This looks like it would be a great toy but the tubes are not easy to assemble and do not stay in the blocks well, they keep falling apart.. so my grandson has no chance to make any of the great constructions you have put on the instructions.. if me and his parents have the same problem, he doesn’t.
