This is a nice set for people who want to upgrade their walls and rooms, it is easy to assemble since these are precut and you just need to figure out the correct sides using the instructions. All the parts are labeled so it makes it easier to identify. I don’t love the quality though, it looks like plastic so it needs a hand of paint after installing. It also doesn’t come with glue or recommendations which is something to have in mind at the moment of ordering.

I’ve worked with a lot of trim kits and usually mix and match them around my house, so I’ve got plenty to compare this to. This set stands out only because of its layout: one large upper panel with two lower frames instead of the usual three-across, three-down format. The big top square is a nice change. That said, the product listing is a little misleading. Some photos clearly show different proportions than the actual kit—the lower frames in the ad look slimmer than what you actually get. The thickness is also buried way down the page (13 mm); most kits list that front and center in inches. Assembly is straightforward and all the pieces are numbered, but the segments still take time to line up. At this price, I’d expect single pieces or at least a peel-and-stick option. Glue is fine with me—I actually prefer using a stronger adhesive—but for nearly seventy bucks, it feels overpriced for a kit that’s fully segmented and not self-adhesive. On the plus side, the polystyrene material is bright white, moisture-resistant, and easy to paint if you want a custom color. It’s light, won’t chip to a different shade, and is simple to cut if needed. Quality-wise it’s solid and should hold up well. Bottom line: a decent, lightweight molding set with a slightly different design, but the segmented build and glue-only install don’t match the premium price.
