Most people by now know of all the health benefits of fish oil supplements. I saw these knowing those benefits and decided to give them a try. The biggest advertised benefit of this brand was the 'burpless' feature, where a person should not end up tasting the 'fishy' flavor of the supplement after taking it. Unfortunately for me, I am about 50%, where half the time they gave me fish breath and half the time not. While it is not the worst thing for me personally, for those wanting no fishy aftertaste at all you may run into the issues as I did. As shown in the second photo, these come in a pretty large gel cap configuration. I did not have issues swallowing them with water, but if larger pills cause you issues this again could be one for you. Overall these are a decent supplement that comes in a 30-day supply if you take the recommended 2 softgels per day (60 per bottle). Just be aware that in my experience I get the fish flavor roughly half the time when I take them.
