I picked up this 12 mm Baltic Birch Plywood (1/2 x 6 x 12) to mount the water pump for my boat’s AC system—and honestly, what’s not to love? It’s strong, clean, perfectly cut, and didn’t complain once about living in a marine environment. Solid work ethic. The board took screws like a champ, held the pump steady, and made me feel like I actually know what I’m doing in the boat’s bilge (a rare feeling). For a simple piece of plywood, it might just be the MVP of the whole AC install. If you need a small, sturdy board that won’t warp, crack, or judge your boat projects, this is it. Five stars!

Solid wood pieces that are solid quality. Using a few of these as support for some nano aquarium tanks and they hold up well. Just one should be decent for a flat surface but two on top of each other definitely gives a good enough thickness to handle the weight without worry. Great platform pieces for wire shelf racks that need a uniform flat surface like how I’m using them for.

I just wish I could get regular pine plywood that's manufactured this nicely. If you're new to baltic birch plywood, it's just a vastly superior version of the plywood you typically find at Home Depot. It's well sanded, less splintery, and stronger than any pine plywood I've ever purchased, and doesn't have any voids. The one I measured is 11 15/16 x 11 15/16" x 12.1 mm, which is pretty good accuracy for dimensional lumber.

These 1/2” plywood set of 2 is well made and both sides were sanded smooth. I used them on my CNC for a project. They carved fairly well, and there was some tear out going against the grain though. My biggest complaint is the dimensions. These are not 12” x 12” rather 11 7/8” square! So my carve was not centered. Partly my fault for not measuring before I started and I could have re-adjusted the size difference in the program. Not all lost though, I just trimmed off one side to make it even. They don’t mention the size difference until half way in the description! Also the picture is deceiving, they show 3 pieces but this is only a 2 pack. And they’re a little on the pricey side for only 2 pieces. But then again, lumber prices are ridiculous anyways! All in all, they function well and my project turned out good!

After a terrible accident with a chainsaw - I can't get my own wood anymore, so now I come to Amazon. No warping and the circumcision is clean. Works great, though it's a bit bigger than needed. Value's good, but my wood probably means more to me that it would to you. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality, Glues well and handles screws well. Use an 80-tooth saw blade to cut. Very durable for drawers with a heavy load.

Perfect weight and size for drying my clay projects. No warping and nice thickness so they are sturdy.
