It works
I have a 2003 tahoe flex fuel. I looked everywhere for this hose, but couldn't find it anywhere, so I just got this regular one. I only needed the top elbow. I removed the elbow and put it on the old part and it fit perfectly. The taped up one in the photo is the broken elbow, which is now replaced.

Tube is to short, worth it for the rubber boots.
Expected to be able to install the whole vacuum tube for replacement on my 2004 Chevy Cavalier, from the Fuel Pressure Regulator to the Intake but the tube purchased above is too short. However, the rubber boots work just fine to take off and put on the older vacuum tube. Still worth the deal IMO.

Does not Fit 2004 as it says
I have an 04 Suburban and it was confirmed this part would fit. It does not. Not sure if it is because my Suburban is a flex fuel, but this part will not work.

Does not fit 5.3L flex 2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 4WD
The media could not be loaded. Amazon and Rock Auto said this was the correct part number for a 2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 Z71 4WD. It is not. The ends on this part consist of a 90 and a 45. The 5.3L flex requires two 90's. The vacuum line itself is too short. I took the rubber elbow that mates to the intake from this item, installed it on my old vacuum line and got the truck back on the road. In buying this item, I effectively paid $11 for the rubber boot that mates the intake manifold and the vacuum line.
