I liked the item....I already bought 7 pcs......, 1pc. for my self one year ago as my first order....3pcs. for my children as my 2nd order , and 3pcs again last week for future use. The thing I liked the most from this item are the sound quality and of course the wire. The wire is absolutely incredible, it will not bend easily unlike other wired earphone available in the market... Absolutely 100% recommended to try this item if you tired using wireless earbuds/earphone.

One side of the earphone stopped working after 4 months. The sound quality was excellent &the bass was also good, not overpowering, but the service centre experience was very bad. Jbl (Harman service center) in UAE is not good at all. As per the harman customer service instructions, I went to submit the earphones at the Harman store in Deira city centre. Staff there didn't accept the earphones as he said that he couldn't track the serial number, and he would accept them only if they were bought from their store, so I went to the JBL store at burjuman Mall. There, the staff accepted the earphones and told me they would send them to the service centre and gave me a receipt. I waited for a few days, but nobody called or mailed, so I sent an email enquiring about the earphones. Then, after a few minutes, staff at Harman store burjuman mall called and said that they didn't have the same color I submitted. That's why they didn't call. I told them I don't have any problem with color. After a few days, I went to collect the earphones, I gave the receipt and collected the new one. The new earphones were also not working, not detecting at all. I tried on a few of my friend's phones, but it was not detected at all. I don't know whether they gave me a defective one or a new one. My mistake was that I didn't check the earphones at the store. Wasted so much time, never going to buy a JBL product from uae again. In India, you can send the earphones to the service centre by courier or post. It only costs 3 or 4 dhm & the service centre staff will send you a new one to your address through courier for free.

These earphones were fantastic for exactly 15 months. And then the right side stopped working!

Perfect gift that I’ve bought to myself 😊 I wanted simple but good quality headphones. I didn’t want to buy bluetooth ones I intentionally bought wired type 😊 They work great, no cord tangling, no sound problems all perfect.

Ok Ig I have petite little ear canals because this things just won't stay in my ear at all. They keep sliding out I have to press them into my ear constantly. I've never had this problem with other headphones. 😭😭. But the sound quality is rlly good, wire length and thickness is good, doesn't get tangled. And the button actually works.

310C is pretty impressive given its only 29 bucks

Se cercate un paio di auricolari "plug-and-play" senza lo stress della batteria che si scarica o dei ritardi del Bluetooth, queste JBL Tune 305C sono probabilmente la scelta più intelligente oggi sul mercato, specialmente per chi ha uno smartphone di ultima generazione (o un laptop) con sola porta USB-C. 🎧 Qualità Audio e Bassi Trattandosi di JBL, il suono è esattamente quello che ci si aspetta: bassi profondi e presenti (tecnologia Pure Bass) ma senza sovrastare troppo le medie frequenze. Rispetto alle classiche cuffiette economiche, qui c'è molta più spazialità. Ottimo il supporto all'audio High-Res grazie al DAC integrato nel connettore USB-C. 🔌 Connettività e Funzioni Il grande vantaggio è il connettore USB-C. Le ho provate sia su smartphone che su MacBook e vengono riconosciute istantaneamente. * Telecomando a 3 tasti: Comodissimo per alzare/abbassare il volume e saltare le tracce senza toccare il telefono. * Microfono: Sorprendentemente limpido per le chiamate e le riunioni su Zoom/Teams. Isola bene la voce dal rumore di fondo. * Preset EQ: Una chicca rara per auricolari a filo; premendo una combinazione di tasti è possibile switchare tra diversi profili audio (Bass, Vocal, Default). 🛠 Design e Comfort Il cavo è piatto e anti-groviglio, il che evita di passare 5 minuti a sciogliere nodi ogni volta che le tiri fuori dalla tasca. Gli auricolari sono leggeri e non affaticano l'orecchio anche dopo un paio d'ore di ascolto. ✅ Pro: * Connessione USB-C universale (niente più dongle). * Audio certificato Hi-Res. * Cavo piatto che non si aggroviglia. * Prezzo molto competitivo per la qualità offerta. ❌ Contro: * Il design "semi-in-ear" non isola totalmente dai rumori esterni (come invece farebbero dei gommini in silicone), ma è perfetto per chi non ama la sensazione di "tappo". 💡 Verdetto Finale Le consiglio a chi vuole un paio di cuffie affidabili da tenere nello zaino o per chi lavora molto al PC e vuole una qualità microfonica superiore alle medie Bluetooth di fascia bassa. Promosse a pieni voti.

Produtos em mãos, material excelente, som limpo sem chiado e o microfone atendeu minhas expectativas. Depois de duas semanas de uso o lado esquerdo do fone começou a falhar, e agora deixou de funcionar de vez. Parece que isso é um mau dos fones USB C, já tive de outras marcas e agora está acontecendo com esse da JBL.
