I’ve had two of these cases since November 2024 and they’ve been amazing. I always have one on my phone. They charge my phone to 100% several times a day. I don’t even worry about having a car charger anymore. It’s now December 2025 and they are starting to lose some battery life. But that is to be expected. In the past when I purchased others, they barely lasted a few months. I’ll be purchasing more and hopefully I have the same experience.

Had a charging issue with my first one 11 months after I bought it. Contacted the seller, and even though it was out of warranty, they shipped me a new one free of charge. Highly recommend! A+++

I’ve purchased and used battery cases for years. This is the worst one I’ve ever had. It worked great for exactly one charge. After the first day the battery seemed to not take a full charge but it still lasted through the day. This week after less than a month of use the hole where the cord goes in went super loose so that the cord easily falls out and stops charging. Around the same time the phone charging dramatically slowed down while plugged in. This morning after leaving my phone charging overnight I woke up to a phone case at 1/4 charge and my phone at 77%. I logged in here to start a return and was one day too late for the return window. Buy a different case.

I got this power band case for my friend because their phone battery was always dying. Since getting it, their phone stays charged all day! The best part is that it charges both the phone and the case at the same time. Considering the price, it’s an excellent deal — other models are really hard to find, but this one works perfectly and the brand is high quality. My friend hasn’t had any problems and loves it.

Fits true to size. Only dislike is how bulky and heavy it makes the phone.

This product is great for the money. The TPU case is easy to grip. The case is HEAVY but I don’t care it’s not gonna be light to strap a massive battery on your phone. One tip though is to only use regular “slow” chargers. The massive brick you charge your MacBook with will not charge this battery. Even though it will charge your phone in 30 minutes, this case will reject it and neither will charge. Most of the complaints I see in reviews are from people who didn’t notice it blinks twice as fast if it’s rejecting input from that charger. It’s a slow one second between blinks if it’s actually charging, and half that if you use a charger it doesn’t like. TLDR: use a regular charger, no fast chargers. This case is cheaper than anything else I’ve found. Only complaint is they don’t list the charger requirements in the item description.

The case is really good quality comparing with previous cases I have ordered. My phone is well protected with it, HOWEVER the lighting iPhone connection is not unfortunately. The case went in easy for the first time, but I had to remove it to get the screen protector installed. When I tried to put the case back on, it was not that easy for some reason. The lighting iPhone connector look weird meaning not straight, maybe is the shape of it and I didn’t noticed, but the connector shows signs of the chrome paint with little bubbles and looks that the paint is pilling of. This is probably happening because when I charged the case, it may have overheated with the charge causing the chrome paint the little bubbles. After I tried for the third time to connect the case with my iPhone, it went in just fine. I didn’t take a picture of the connector unfortunately since I had already returned it and didn’t think about talking the picture. Maybe this case had a faulty connector, but I read some reviews, not sure if it was for this case where the connector broke inside of the iPhone and the customer needed to get a new phone. I don’t want face this horrible experience if happened to me.

The most notable thing about this charger is that you plug it in to the top. This is super convenient everywhere but in my car holder as it took a longer cord and I have to make sure the cord isn't in the way. This can rapid charge my phone WHILE IN USE which is great. It has a good 2 charges in it, and unless I'm doing some really battery draining activities all day, will keep my phone going all day on a full battery starting with a full phone battery. It seems to get better life if you let your phone get really low (15-20% or less) before your charge up. The only thing I miss from my previous charger case is a USB slot that I could use to charge other things. But this has handled SO many drops without coming off like that one did, that I still prefer this one. Just an update. I've had my charger over a year now and it's still definitely got 2 full charges in it, has handled way too many drops, and I rarely use it while charging it now that I've gotten used to just how much battery is in there, so that's not really an issue. But if you do happen to want to keep it topped up while you're using it, having it at the top keeps it out of the way and keeps the cord from being bent as easily as a bottom charging port. BUY THIS CHARGE! Edit August 2021 After nearly 2 years of daily use and much abuse, this charger has about had it. It will only give me one charge of 50-70%. It was an impressive run. I'm still thrilled with this purchase.

Much, much lower than 6500 mAh. A Galaxy S9 Plus battery is 3000 mAh. I would estimate that this battery case is actually around 2000 mAh... That's being generous. I have a 5200 mAh battery case that can charge my phone almost two times when it gets down to about 10% power. This one runs out of juice and can't even fully charge it once. The case says it has a 6500 mAh but dies before charging a 3000 mAh battery?? Other than the poor performance of this case, it's really hard to get the phone in and out. Feels like the phone is about to break every time I remove the case. The power plug being moved to the opposite end of the phone is kind of dumb. The case itself is really slippery. Good thing it has some bulk of it would be really hard to hold. Overall, this is a terrible product. Much better off getting one of the 5200 mAh battery cases.

I bought this item not realising how heavy it is. I have arthritis in my hands so it was painful to use. Tried to return it and the only option is a Royal Mail collection. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for Royal Mail to collect. They came once I spoke to him on the ring doorbell that I wasn’t home and he said he’d be back the next day. I’m still waiting - in the meantime I have no means to return it a different way and cannot seem to contact the seller as there are no details for them

I regret that I just can't be as enthusiastic as the other reviewers about this charger case, which seemed like a great idea when I first saw it but which is, in reality, let down by some fairly serious design flaws. Firstly, while the colour of the case is a nice shade of pink, the case itself is not particularly attractive, and could well be described as bulky and heavy, with the weight being concentrated towards the bottom or battery end of the case. This makes it look a bit awkward and unbalanced, plus it is quite unwieldy for day-to-day use, so I suspect that most people would only want to use it for absolute emergencies. However, even for emergency use, the way in which the phone is charged via its charging socket creates a risk of serious damage unless you are extremely careful, to the extent that there is even a warning notice on the inside of the case. Even after observing the warning, I really don’t like how you have to slide your phone in and out of the charger case and I think that, with regular use, it it’s only a matter of time before the phone is scratched or more seriously, its charger socket is damaged. For these reasons, I’ll only be using this case as a very last resort because the risk to an expensive iPhone is just too high. I was also surprised by the length of time that this case took to charge fully from an Apple 20 watt phone charger. It took the case almost a full day to reach full charge, which is surprising for a mere 8 600mAh battery, especially when compared to my 30 000 mAh power bank, which takes 2 hours to charge from empty when using the same charger. Overall, I would describe this charger case as ‘just ok’. In fairness, it does actually charge the phone, so I have to admit that it does indeed have a use. It may also be fairly convenient, but only if you are very careful how you fit the phone. I may possibly have received a ‘duff’ case but, nevertheless, I would still say that there are far better options out there. Personally, I would go for a small power bank and a wireless charging pad – or even the mini power banks that plug directly into the iPhone; both options costing less than this case.
