Overall a great swing set for younger children. Assembly took approximately 5 hours and a few bolts were mislabeled.

This swingset is perfect! It is sturdy, my husband had it assembled in 5 hours by himself, he said the directions were simple. The swingset arrived sooner than expected. We were missing a part, however sportspower was so quick in getting me the warranty claim and had the part delivered in less than a week. I will definitely order anymore outdoor playsets from them again!

It's a decent product my daughter really enjoys the heck outta of it. it's easy to install and put up but VERY time consuming doing it by yourself so be braced to spend at least half a day on it following the steps, but well worth it to see my kids play on it all the time, fyi bolt caps are plastic and will break off easy so they are mainly just spacers

Be a decent swing set kit Missing parts Amazon wouldn’t just give me more nuts bolts washers and a rod for a swing that was missing…. Package was rough. But didn’t realize I’d have to invest more money myself and kind of winging it to get it done for my kids. The rod I was missing luckily I was able to buy an all thread rod and cut to replace that. I bought this set for $284 +\- In order for me to get my washer nuts etc from Amazon. The pieces that were missing. I was told I had to disassemble and take the swing set kid (all of). To get issued a refund and or a replacement….. I just needed a few missing pieces. They wouldn’t cover a credit of like $10 so I could get what I needed elsewhere to make this swing set work out (Not to mention the instructions are bipolar and you have to try and interpret yourself) (Holes were in pipe that didn’t match for the teeter totter ) Any ways. Buyer beware. In the future of possible issues. *****issues my 6 and 3 yr old have found. (Swing has bumps but very slick with no real traction (kid slid off and hit the back of her head). And the swings placements are a bit high. (Wish they were adjustable to lower them for the kids )

I would rate this less than 1 star considering it is missing a majority of the parts and doesn't seem to be as safe! The weight limit is not accurate. Has huge screws sticking out of certain parts and honestly if it wasn't a huge pain to put up (what I could assemble with the few parts available) and probably the same pain to take apart I'd take it back for a full refund. Amazon team was helpful to a certain extent but unfortunately there was only so much they could do. At least amazon was speedy and professional while being sympathetic to the situation.
