We bought this spray as a preventative for colds, sinus infections, etc. since germs enter through the nose. We use it before we go to groups and when we come home. It has a mild smell but not objectionable. It is iodine in a solution. it does not sting or have any sensation. So far we are staying well and that's the purpose of it. I gave some to my grown kids and grandkids.

It's a little expensive, sure, however this is the first nasal spray to actually do what it says on the box. It's worth the money. 7. Easy to use. Peel off the plastic, remove the safety stuff, cap, shake and spray. 8. I've noticed no side effects other than being able to breath so fully now I must relearn how to function with such access to oxygen.

I bought this for my husband and I especially for me to help with my sinuses. What I noticed is it works great except right after spraying I had light a slight burning sensation, nothing bad just felt weird and it only last for around five minutes. My husband used it and he had no burning sensation at all, he just said it tasted terrible. It’s only been a day but so far so good. It don’t dry my nose out like other products I’ve used.

It works! It may not open passages as quickly as some of the large commercial brands. I've been dealing with stuffiness for some time, Doctors would prescribe other nasal sprays that just didn't work; I did some research and came to the conclusion that maybe I have a bacterial colony in my nasal area, I used it immediately when I got it, I could feel it taking effect. I'm still using it, I have noticed my nasal passages improving and healing and I'm not using the commercial brands as much.

This nasal spray did the trick. I had tried over the counter nasal sprays to try and treat the weird smell that I was getting but with no nasal congestion. I figured it needed to be treated with something other than nasal moisture or decongestants. So, when I saw Iodine in this spray I gave it a try. My problem is resolved. I am continuing to use weekly as a preventative to ensure I have fully resolved whatever was going on and am pleased to say no recurrence of the unpleasant odor.

I finally got a chance to try the product when I caught a cold. On day one, I definitely took longer than "seconds" to work. The next few days, it didn't work at all. I had to sleep sitting up because I couldn't breathe.
