Can you use it under a suspended floor?

I've used this in the void between the ground and first floor - for the ground floor I have used cellotex insulation boards which were cut to fit neatly between the joists and still allows air to flow underneath - the loft insulation would have fallen through

Am I missing something here, these are £25 a roll in b&q?
