Arrived on schedule, all alive. A few sluggish but seemed to take off into the weeds after getting used to the new surroundings. Will purchase from Anderson again!!!

My 4 lbs of golden shiners were shipped across the county is about 18 hours. They were in great condition. It was a 100 degree day and it took a bit of time to introduce them into my pond. Once the water Temps. Equalized they swam away. I lost a total of 13 fish out of about 600. Given the extreme weather conditions, I call that a win. Anderson has the fish delivery business down to an art. I will order more fish in the future. One suggestion: Wouldn’t it be possible to ship a couple of bags of fish in the same cooled box, saving the buyer from separate shipping? This was a great value for the money, and most importantly, Alive and in good condition.

I have ordered from here in the past. I have never had a dead minnow in the bag. The size is spot on too. I only wish delivery could be nailed down to a narrower window. It's usually like a 4-5 day window. Always arriving early, I might add. It isn't an issue if I'm just putting the minnows in my pond, but it's hard to keep them alive an extra week if I ordered them for a fishing trip. I have ordered from here for both purposes.

Ordered through their website yrs ago. No problem then and no problem now. All minnows looked healthy and no dead ones. Shipped with very little water but theyre the experts. Ill be Drip acclimating for several to 8 hrs maybe even overnight.

2lb of 2.25" shiners So I tried to reach out to my seller but I don't believe I received a response. Order actually arrived earlier that expected which I was very happy about, I unpacked right away and realized a big majority were either dead or lethargic. After scooping the dead ones, getting them aclimated to water temp, and releasing them in the tank, I realized that there were other fishing there that looked incredibly lethargic and by the next morning many of those were dead too and this was only in a matter of 1 day of receiving. I'm not too happy but I understand that things happen. Hopefully the company can make good on this as I'm intending to do frequent repeat business with the right farm. I do have video of unboxing but I will refrain from sharing for the time being. Perhaps the farm would like to see for themselves. 🫤🤷🏼‍♀️

Arrived quickly. Packed really well. All were alive and good quality. Size as described. Good value for the price.
