Why I purchase: I got this random idea to buy three essential oils and some unscented laundry soap so that I could make my clothes smell like coconut. I know it sounds kind of funny and I feel a little silly that I did it, especially since I could have just bought soap that already smelled like coconut instead of trying to do it for myself. What I love: I love the scent! I see some reviews that state that it doesn't smell like actual coconut, not too naturally, but natural coconut doesn't smell that great. Just imagine a real coconut, but times one hundred. It smells AMAZING. I love the taste of coconut, and this is what it smells like. The essential oil is very strong and does its job well. The container is very small but it goes for a long time. Instead of using it for laundry soap, I'm using it to make my own satchets for my drawer. What I don't love: There's nothing that I don't love about this product! Conclusion: This is awesome for making satchets. If you want to use it to make your own scented laundry, you definitely can! It worked for my unscented laundry soap... Even though it did have a scent, so the coconut oil was competing with it. Anyways, the smell goes a long way!

Update: I got this for use in a diffuser, but at the time I didn't realize the difference between 'fragrance oil' and 'essential oil'. I did the search on "essential oil" and this came up. There is a difference. Fragrance oil is not meant for use in a diffuser. It clogs things up. It's still a great scent, and will probably be quite nice in candles or soaps or whatever, just not for diffusers. ---- This is a reorder of this one. I originally got it in a 6-sample pack, and liked it so much I've ordered another and put it on my long-term shopping list. I find it very clean coconut-y and the bottle it comes in has a neck insert to allow for single drop use.

I have already purchased on two separate occasions. Every single bottle I have received smells amazing and works for body application (when mixed with a carrier), candles, soap, room spray and more. Even the smells I purchased as part of a pack that were not something I necessarily wanted (like dirt) smelled great. I will continue to purchase from this company!

On its own, the aroma just does not smell like any coconut fragrance I've encountered. However, when blended with chocolate fragrance oil, they smell wonderful as a duo! I'll continue blending it with one or more other oils, as therein lies its usefulness.

Now this coconut oil sent is wonderful and lasts a long time. I get so many compliments on the fresh coconut scent. It puts people in a calming state when they smell this fresh fragrance. Its stays with you a long time.

it smells exactly like how you expect a coconut scent to smell. i use it when i make my body butters and it smells delicious and has the coconutty fragrance that i love. very happy with it. will be buying the bigger bottle.

I use a couple drops of this oil with water in a glass spray bottle. I use it as an air and fabric freshener. I also have used a few drops on my wool dryer balls to scent my laundry. It is so versatile and smells lovely.
