This bag of cacao powder should last me a long time. The powder is well sifted, no clumps or anything that isn't cacao powder. It dissolves nicely in warm water/milk and with a little sweetener added has a nice chocolate flavor. The reason I bought this powder is because I read that cacao powder increases one's nitric oxide levels as much as beet juice does. This makes it an ideal choice for heart health.

Habitué à le prendre chez le chocolatier, je peux vous dire que ce produit est un tres bon produit. Très peu sucré. Un bon goût de cacao et juste ce qu’il faut d’amertume. J’avais pris le petit packaging mais je pense prendre le gros la prochaine fois! Allez y tranquille.

I find when making hot chocolate, it is better to stir the powder into a little cold water and mix to a paste, then gradually add hot water or hot milk. If you mix the powder directly with very hot liquid, it can become lumpy.
