Not for 400gr required crossbows unless you change inserts
The description gives info for the opposite length. The 393.5gn is for the 22" shaft and 375gr is for the 20" shafts....the grain weight is the total arrow weight including the 125grain point. I needed to switch out the aluminum inserts to 110gn brass inserts. They use CA glue for the inserts so if you know how to remove it is possible, expect to mess up a couple of shafts if you never done it before and use good ventilation. these are thin walled shafts do not expect them to be the most durable but seem well made. They are fletched straight off set which is all that is required. The bolts I have shot, shoot very true; will see how they hold up over time.

Great for target practice.
What a great product if you are using them for sighting in your scope or target practice. I would use a better quality for hunting though.

Initially was not happy with these
Originally rated these low as the inserts came out after the first shot on several shafts. Seller instantly reached out and explained that these shafts have inserts and knocks loose so the purchaser can modify as needed. I have since changed my ratings, as once I glued the heavier inserts in, these fly great! Out of 24 shafts I have 4 that fly a little off after using them several times. Not sure why this is happening but it seems like if you shoot them several times they seem to start weakening? I'll post an update shortly. *Spoke with Evelyn via email explaining that these shafts did have inserts that were glued in. She stated she had given me the wrong information, and indeed the inserts are supposed to be glued in place. So that being said, I ruined 2 shafts attempting to remove inserts with use of heat. I had to order inserts to get them over the 400gr point. Not worth it in any way. Keep looking else where. UPDATE: Apparently these shafts are so thin that if you practice with them, they start to weaken severely! After several shots out of my crossbow (CenterPoint Wrath430x shooting 404 with these) using 110gr inserts with100gr field points total weight of just over 425gr the shafts start to fracture causing accuracy issues and potential damage/injury. Cannot recommend these unless maybe a using a slower crossbow? Honestly though, I'm not going to risk it, these are getting tossed. I already ordered some Zombies. LATEST UPDATE: Seller reached out and sent me replacement shafts without inserts. I glued in six 110gr inserts to test out the new shafts. These are spot on. Accurate and seem to be better than the first batch. I have fired each shaft a dozen times and they seem to fly exact with no signs of veering off like the first batch. Changing my rating to 4 stars for the sellers commitment to make things right. These seem to be of better quality and i am happy I originally purchased these.

Amazing Bolts
At first I wasn’t happy with these bolts when they first came in half of the fletching was bent over due to the way they packaged them they could tand to package them in a little larger package to keep from bending the vanes . But that being said I contacted the manufacturer and responded by the next morning and explained how to fix the problem with boiling water for 10 seconds and bam they were straight and could not tell they were ever bent . Before these bolts was having a hard time sighting in my crossbow thought I had a bad scope . Nope it was the bolts that came with the cross bow . Using these bolts was able to site in the cross bow within a 1/2 inch and my 3rd bolt spli my 2nd bolt . Can’t get any better than that . Great service and and they fly straight every time.

Don’t buy these are crap
Do not use these arrows in any crossbow over 320FPS AND 160 lbs draw weight. They literally explode. My first shot exploded the shaft in half. THE SECOND SHOT and my last broke my string and it exploded. My set up is a Parker Thunderhawk 300g arrows with 100 g muzzy 3 blade orange in color. 315 fps. Been using 400 grain set up for about 14 years.
