far as they go this one seems to be decent
in my opinion this is a good therapeutic level device will hit the basic to basic + level needed to be considered tens therapy effective. what do i mean be that? i have a belifu(its a good device), i looked at the iReleive (if i get another likely it would be that brand) the tens 7000 is tried and true been around a while. the belifu in comparison has a different application it seems still a good unit. i think the action of the tens differs from my other unit. it makes my tissue jump more in accordance with what i feel tens for recovery or healing should be. the other one feels good i have had it for a couple years it has patterns that stimulate massage etc probably good for releif or comfort i pursued tens machines again after having tendon/ligament injures and the tens 7000 from my exp seems better suited for that effect or modality. the dials the strength adjustment and the way the electric pulses interact with the tissue feel to me as what traditional tens is supposed to be like. the unit its self is light and the case is very nice to have i got the usb rechargeable battery version i dont think i would like the replaceable battery version. been using a week plus everyday and the more i use the fonder i become of the unit i like this little thing. not a bad way to go especially for recovery i think if you have a serious need for tens that this is a unit your journey should start with to become familar with what tens should be like on a base level and then upgrade to fancier more expensive units etc. i think there are units in the market that offer tens but might not do it to the extent of having the recover aspect down as well. my belifu is good. but this thing is great. worth the money. battery life seems decent. size is about a pack of cigarettes. the pads stick great and have excellent transfer. it is a 2mm pin system. and functionality is simple and effective. pleased with the money spent on this unit. normally the type of guy to tough it out and go with out heal the old fashion way but i am getting older and on top a partial tear in a tendon/ligament in the knee i did something to my ankle on the same leg and sprained my opposite wrist at the same time ill take any advantage i can get to get back to work without injuries. i honestly feel like this is helping. a buddy told me he had an issue did 30 m a day for 3months and helped him rehab a stubborn elbow he could not get right after a yr long recover of a connective tissue injury so i am gong to try something similar

Not pro-level, but a great option
I like this unit, now that I've lived with it for a while. It's not as intense as the battery-operated one, but it'll do the job just enough. And it's nice to have an option for my PT that can switch from TENS to EMS when I can't do PT every day. Pro tip: lightly rinse the pads after about every fourth use! They lose stickiness, no matter how clean your body is.

Definitely my go-to when I'm having muscle pain.
After visiting my chiropractor I was on a hunt to find something like this. This overall is an awesome product if you use it on a daily make sure that you buy more patches. This is very durable the size is something that you can carry with you anywhere. It is very lightweight. The stickiness is top notch. Just make sure that the skin that you are applying it to is free of any lotion. And this has helped me out tremendously with pain relief.

Great Features but Disappointing Durability
Update 02/20/2025 Reached out to compasshealthbrands customer support and they are sending me a new unit. __________________________________________________________________ I use this product daily and have generally been happy with its performance. However, I was disappointed when one of the channels stopped working after only four months. For the price, I expected it to last at least 18 months, so this was quite frustrating. That said, I do appreciate certain features, particularly the fact that it’s a rechargeable unit, which saves me the hassle and extra cost of constantly buying batteries. It’s convenient and well-designed in that regard. What’s more disappointing is that I have a similar unit from a different manufacturer that I purchased for just $24, and it has been working flawlessly with no signs of failure. Considering the price difference, I expected this product to be more durable and reliable. While I really liked it at first, its longevity leaves much to be desired.

Compact and Easy-to-Use Muscle Stimulation Device
The TENS 7000 is a compact, easy-to-use device designed for muscle stimulation. I really like how portable it is and that it feels professional-grade in quality. The controls are straightforward, and it’s convenient to take with me wherever I need it. Instead of relying on batteries alone, I also appreciate that it’s efficient and doesn’t feel cheaply made. The unit comes with multiple settings, so you can adjust the intensity and pattern to your preference. If you’ve been curious about TENS machines, this is a solid option that’s well-built and easy to use.

A must have!
Saved me from having to take opioids! After the dog took me off the side of the mountain, this thing was my best friend! Has different variations of intensity, lightweight and compact, nice case with foam padding. Highly recommend; well worth the money!

Be aware that this could be dangerous
I never actually used this TENS unit because according to the instructions -but not included on the actual amazon page- is that you can't use this if you have heart problems. So I couldn't use it and immediately returned it, feeling I had wasted a lot of time that wouldn't have been had all the TENS units on Amazon stated clearly that this could be dangerous to use for people with heart problems. It looked like a very nice, sturdy, well built piece of equipment, however.
