It feels very comfortable in the hand, this is extremely important especially if you game for prolonged periods. The trigger buttons are particularly good for shooter and even driving games. The buttons don't stick and feels premium when pressing. The joy stick is well designed, good height with a decent thumb pad that offers good grip and feels good to touch. The double rumble pack inside give u a more immersive feeling when playing action games. It has a good weight, heavy enough that it doesn't feel like you are holding a cheap plastic toy and light enough that you don't get fatigued playing games for long periods. The controller is well built, it feels strong and durable, you feel confident enough that if you drop it that it wont smash to pieces. For extra protection you could also get some silicone skins. My one complaint is that it doesn't come with rechargeable battery or battery pack. At that price I don't expect to have to keep buying AA batteries or spend an extra £10-15 for a battery pack and charge cable. I find the white controller so pretty I even have it on display to complement my desk set up. I hope Xbox keep this same or similar design for their new generation console it's that good. Works perfectly with usb wireless adapter for PC. The problem is that the item presented on the store page is a basic Xbox One controller, but the item delivered is an Xbox One series X/S controller. The rechargeable battery kit I had for the controller was designed for the old Xbox One controller only, not the series X/S, so now I have to order a different charging kit. This is an inconvenience which should not have occurred. The item on the page should match the product delivered. However, the quality of the item is so good that I do not wish to make a return.
