I'd like to see a picture to see how compact or not it folds up.

Go to horizon's website and you'll have the pictures. I can tell you that it's not compact and it is heavy. I like because I am a big guy and this treadmill feels a lot like the Gym's treadmill. It doesn't shake or move around as I am exercising. If you are planning on moving the treadmill back and forth for storage, I'd recommend to look for another brand. If you something solid that will mainly stay in one place, look no further.

What is the difference between all of the T101, 202, 303 models other than price?

The main difference in these three machines is the motor. The T101 has a 2.25 Continuous-Duty Horsepower motor while the T202 and the T303 has a 2.5 Continuous-Duty Horsepower. This makes the T101 ideal for walking and light jogging, while the T202 and T303 are great for runners. The T303 has a Heavy-Duty Folding Frame With Extra Stability Bar. If you are wanting to run everyday on the treadmill, the T303 treadmill is the one for you. The T202 and T303 also has an incline rage up to 12% while the T101 has an incline range up to 10%. The T101 and T202 has 30 programs and the T303 has 12.

Is a bottle of lube included ?

Yes, a small bottle was included.

Does it show you calories burned, distance ran...etc.?

yes, you can. you have a choice of programs one of which is calorie based and one is distance based. if you choose the manual program you will also track both. this treadmill works really well...especially for the price
