I was scared to order it at first, because I never order anything that doesn't have a lot of ratings and reviews, but I had to order this one because it was the only All-in-One I could find with balanced waterfall and mist. The product I received was very high-quality. It came with a minor issue, but the seller solved the problem in a very timely manner. I'm probably going to order another one in a few months. Very satisfied. If you're looking for a high-quality all-in-one vivarium, this is it.

I generally do not write a bad review, but purchased this for my classroom to demonstrate all of the biological cycles that involved. It looks cool, but after the school grant purchased it and it was delivered, I discovered that the back plate had been put on upside down, so the water in the front reservoir is blocked off from the pump that in turn feeds water to the mister and waterfall effect. When I contacted the company and Amazon, we have not had any response after several attempts and several weeks. So, I decided to just attempt to fix it myself and carefully drilled holes in the glass that allowed the water to flow. The system then worked OK for about 4 days of very close observation. When I came into my classroom this morning, the very cheap pump had already burned out, even though it had never lost water. I was, and still am excited to make this system beautiful and working, but the constant disappointments in the companies involved, the mistakes made in construction, and the substandard parts are not only aggravating, but the extra money that I have had to put into what should have been right in the first place is even more annoying. I really just wanted this to work. I have spent over 20 years working in the aquarium field professionally and I have never seen mistakes made on this level before.

Came fast, easy to put together and is soooo cool! So far I am absolutely in love with this tank.

Ultum Forresta is a really nice terrarium with lots of nice features and looks amazing.
