There is lots of variety of exercises you can do with these as it comes with a good variety of hand grips to use. I wish the quality of the product was much better but they are not great it just feel cheap. You can get better. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for these. There okay for the sale prices but over all I just wouldn't buy these again.

Bought these as im awaiting an operation for carpel tunnel and wanted to try and build some muscle up beforehand to help aid the recovery. Plus they'll come in handy after the operation. We'll made and the spring is adjustable to make it easier or harder. Comes with other items as well which all help build up grip strength.

The main grip strength tool is really good, very easily adjustable, and seems to work well. The grip ball has enough resistance to improve grip, but it's actually a really good fidget item, i am constantly just playing with it the ring isn't so useful, and i didn't have much joy with the flexi fit finger stretcher. I did like the Pro finger hand exerciser, it was a very comfortable shape and seemed to work the fingers well enough, potentially a bit flimsy but hasn't broken yet The fact that it comes in a bag, and is a good price, on top of the fact that all the items appear to be decently durable for the most part would mean that i recommend this product

En general, buena compra. Son herramientas muy básicas para fortalecer los dedos, el agarre, la fuerza del antebrazo en general. Yo, personalmente no lo uso lo suficiente (y debería, ya que practico la escalada). Pero en general, es de calidad, tiene un precio muy competente, ya que cada producto por separado ya vale bastante más dinero que con la suma de todos de este pack y además, son robustos y te permite trabajar ampliamente. La verdad, es que es una buena compra y un buen producto!
