F10KU NSF Certified 1-Year Replacement Filter Set for 7-Stage RO Water Filtration Systems, Includes Alkaline Mineral & UV Filters, 10 Pieces, No RO Membrane

Going on 6 years now, with my iSpring RCC1UP-AK 7-Stage Residential Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System w/ Booster Pump, Alkaline Remineralization Filter, and UV Sterilizer. The quality of the product and price point is perfect - it does the job, and does it very well. I've had no issues since owning and installing the unit (very straightforward, excellent directions - and online videos!). As for customer support - every interaction with the company has been excellent. They respond quickly and are very helpful. One recent example was when I was changing out one of the filters, I accidentally mis-installed the fittings on one of the cartridges - my bad as the instructions were clear but I was very distracted that day and mixed up which end each fitting was to be installed in. I was very sad for only a little while, because in comes Nick from ispring customer support to the rescue! I described what had happened, sent some photos, and Nick patiently walked me through a couple techniques to resolve the issue. Since those didn't work, Nick sent me a completely new replacement cartridge with fittings!!! I was not expecting iSpring to do that - as it was my own mistake! Goes to show you that iSpring stands behind it's products and understands that DIYers can sometimes run into trouble and they are there to help them! Thank you Nick and the entire iSpring team for delivering such an excellent water system.

Great products and great customer service. The best undercounter water filter system I have owned. R.O. systems remove minerals and taste from the water. This system has a mineral cartridge that adds back the taste and mouth feel of spring water. I had one little issue with a filter and Michelle with customer service corrected the issue courteously and professionally.

where I live the water taste like sulfur and I won't drink it and I didn't want to keep buying bottles of water . so I got this ro unit and the water is fantastic ! I had an issue where my UV staying on and I called support and got a man named nick. he knew exactly what was going on and is sending out a replacement part. RO unit is great and service is also great.

I have had unit RRC1UP-AK7 from 123Filter.com for over 7 years now. I have never written a review, but after I bought another filter set I had to write a review. This unit has been a game changer for my household and health. To start off, the unit is super easy to install, I mounted it under my kitchen sink. Works just as described in every way. The unit strips my water of everything bad, while adding the perfect blend of minerals back and alkalizes my water before passing though a UV light, giving my family the safest healthiest water. The filter changes are simple once you understand the replacement process. It may be a bit overwhelming at first, but gets very easy for even someone that may not be the best handyperson. My best advise though is watch videos about filter changes and make sure where ever you install it you think about when its time to change the filters. I left my unit with excess hose, so I can pull the unit out from under the sink. ( I hang the unit on my cabinet door to make the changes) Over the time I have had my RO system I have had two issues, one with the UV set, and one with the alkaline filters, but both times the customer service at 123 Filters are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They respond quickly and have the feel of a small town business, but they are no small business. I know I may be going overboard giving 123 Filters props, but "in todays world" if a business is doing what any customer would actually expect of a business, I want to give them their dues. I have 123 Filters RO system (listed above), their 15 stage shower filter, and the 3 stage whole house water filtration systems (WGB32B), and we are happy with it all. Again, props to iSpring, props to 123 Filters for selling great products and backing it up with amazing customer service.

First of all I would like to Thank Michele at Ispring. I had needed assistance in getting a part for my RCC1UP-AK System. My family and I use it every single day for the past 4 years. So needless to say we needed it back up online asap. Michele knew exactly what we needed she put me to ease and said’”I’ll have the part sent out and there will instructions and customer support if you need further assistance on replacing the part. I highly recommend Ispring units in certain areas of California faucet water is harsh so having a high quality filtration system is a must. We have saved so much on not buying bottled water. So if you need a water system get a Ispring system. Great water quality, System is very quiet, the set up is not difficult comes with all the fittings you need

They redesigned the stage five FT15 cartridge to have built in quick connect fittings instead of the screw in threading for the elbows that screwed into them previously. They didn't include the new adapter even though their instructions say to use the included adapter in the box. You'll have to email ispring with your Amazon order number to have them ship you this missing part, which I subtracted a star for as it should have been included.

My replacement filters box was missing the wrench that is needed for the new filters. I called iSpring directly and spoke to Michelle. She was so helpful and mailed one out that day, free of charge. I have had my iSpring system for two years and could not be happier with it. My water tastes amazing!

i trust iSpring with my eyes closed. I'm really pleased with the money I spent on these products as they are the best.

Weird, putrid, sweet, fishy smell and taste after adding these as other reviews mention, replaced twice, same issue.

Dopo una lunga ricerca ho deciso di acquistare questo sistema di depurazione per liberarmi dalle bottiglie in plastica e fare un piccolo gesto per l'ambiente. Il pacco è molto ben confezionato e c'è tutto il necessario per l'installazione, che potete fare da voi ma per esperienza consiglio farvi aiutare da un esperto e vi dirò il perché. Ci sono tutti i connettori per tutti i vari pezzi (ed anche qualcuno in più ma l'adattatore che si collega all'ingresso dell'acqua è con gli standard americani e non per quelli europei e quindi ho dovuto acquistarne uno adatto (poca spesa). All'uso è facile e il serbatoio consente di riempire alcune bottiglie con un buon flusso di acqua dal rubinetto dedicato. Ottima la lampada UV per sterilizzare e notevole il filtro di remineralizzazione che rende l'acqua anche leggermente alcalina per una maggiore salubrità. Ho acquistato anche un set di filtri di ricambio che, a detta del mio installatore userò fra non meno di 6 mesi, visto la loro dimensione ed efficienza. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto e della qualità di questo depuratore e ne comprerò un altro per la seconda casa. Il prezzo di acquisto è estremamente conveniente, un terzo di similari europei ma che non hanno né la lampada UV né il reminalizzatore.Lo consiglio assolutamente.
