Delicious Japanese curry mix
These Japanese curry cubes are so good. I heard some restaurants use them instead of making the curry by scratch. There isn't much heat but the flavor is great. You can make a more thick or more watery consistency of your curry by the amount of water and how long you let it simmer. The packaging is convenient and it's a quick (maybe 30 to 40 minutes) simple dinner that tastes like restaurant-level food.

Tasty, mild Japanese curry roux
Really great curry roux, authentic japanese flavor and easy to prepare, it's like making a stew. If you're uncertain, look up how to prepare golden curry on youtube and feel free to experiment with secret ingredients like honey, grinded apple, coffee powder, and others. They can add really diverse and unique flavors to your curry (and feel free to mix and match). Medium Hot is quite mild if you're accustomed to having spicy food, and even Extra Hot isn't all that spicy. Each box contains one pot's worth of roux. It's the face of Japanese curry for a reason - this stuff always hits the spot.

Great restaurant taste
If you want great tasting curry S&B is the best I've had. The pack comes in small cubes so all you gotta do is break off a couple of them and put them in with cooked chicken or beef. I pour in some 2% milk to give it a nice, thick texture. It doesn't take long at all, maybe 20-30 minutes. But I find that I let my chicken absorb the curry longer so I might let it sit there for 45 minutes.

I love this stuff!
I discovered this at the grocery store almost 30 years ago when my ex and I were first starting out together. It's very delicious and authentic tasting Japanese curry. It's thick and rich and really yummy over rice. Last time I made it with onion, carrots, bell pepper, potato and chicken. So good.
