Up and Running Again!
I live in the Dominican Republic and bought a Pro-Form Treadmill for the DR version of Costco about 5 years ago. A lizard crawled into the control board, got fried, and also fried some parts of the board. I double checked the exact part I needed, ordered this board, put it in, and it worked perfectly! Thanks so much, we're back up and running again :)

This control board works great, just completed the install and 20 test on the functions/features on my treadmill and works fine w/o any adjustments.

It fixed my treadmill!
My treadmill would turn on but the belt would not move. So after looking up my issue it said I needed a new control board. I replaced my old one with this one and now my treadmill is working again!It did take a couple weeks to get here but they wrapped it in plenty of bubble wrap so it was protected during shipping. Looks good and brand new, no issues.
