I think it is good to get digestive support in various forms. First, Gaia is a very reputable brand that can be trusted. They use quality ingredients and their products are tested. These capsules are of average size and are liquid/gel filled for fast absorption. They do have a little odor because they do have both ginger and sauerkraut as ingredients which are very odorous. I think it would be weird if you didn’t smell something. Once the bottle is open you don’t notice as much. These are different from probiotics in that they are postbiotics that support your digestive system with fermented ingredients. These give you the benefits of eating fermented foods without eating fermented foods or when you are unable to eat fermented foods. The turmeric is a good anti inflammatory. I think these are good to have in your digestive tool kit.

I ordered and started taking this GAIA Herbs brand Ginger-Turmeric Postbiotic supplement to support my digestive and overall health. We hear a lot about a healthy gut and microbiome. This product may contribute to that. It is made with Organic Fermented Turmeric & Ginger and is encapsulated in a vegan liquid phyto-capsule. They suggest to take 2 easy to swallow capsules a day with a glass of water and you'll have 30 servings per container. GAIA Herbs sources the best ingredients from around the globe for great quality to put into this and their extensive line of products. I like that every ingredient is rigorously tested for top quality and purity. My container when it arrived had an expiration dated for 2 1/2 years. When it comes to quality herbal supplements, I like knowing I am taking a quality supplement formulation from a dedicated and transparent company.

These arent the most pleasant tasting . Ive been taking this for a month now. Havent seen the same results as other brands used . Did not see improves of gut health or inflammation.

I'm a gaia fan, as well as a ginger and turmeric fan, so I thought I'd try this. Ginger is my go-to whenever I have an upset stomach, and so it is with this. This works quickly and has the added benefit of fermented turmeric. It does have kind of a garlicky taste, but that comes from the fermented component which is sauerkraut, so it may be more of a sour taste than garlic. This works well for me so I will likely stick with it. Ginger in general works so well for me that I have not taken anything else for an upset stomach in possibly decades by now.

The capsules are easy to swallow, have a distinctive odor from the ingredients, have no taste or aftertaste. I have taken a similar product and believe these are contributing to relief. I was excited to see the third party testing to verify the batch number on the label. I visited the website, entered the batch code and no test results were found for this batch. The website said since not found gave me results for a similar product so deducted a star.
