This thing is awesome! I love that it is super firm but not as severe as the ones with plastic stones. It works great! I put it in front of my sink and put a hand towel over it so that I can just throw the towel in the wash every week or so. But my feet have been much happier after spending 15-30 min a day on it (hair, brush teeth, wash face etc while standing on it). Would also be great in front of a kitchen sink. Could be a little bigger though. It’s smaller than a standard hand towel and while that is convenient letting me use one as a cover, it also means I kinda have to focus to make sure I actually stand on it not around it.

It's my first day of using it, but so far I love it! It's just the right hardness. The bumps are hard, but that's what acupressure is about. I wish it was offered in bigger size too but I still love it. Now I'll be testing how long it'll last, and I'll be using it many times during the day as I have it in front of my kitchen sink so I can stand on it while doing dishes.

I thought it would have a firmer foam base, but really no base at all. Simple rubber mat with stone like bumps covered with a soft velvety material. Great for hitting pressure points. Has helped improve my headaches.

I am a server and my feet need a lot of love. I use this each morning to massage my feet and it helps so much not only with foot but with my back pain as well! It’s easy to roll up and store and it’s easy to clean! Perfect size for in front of the bathroom sink so I can use it while I brush my teeth!

Just got it. It seems good. Good material. Like hard foam. I wish it has 2 or 3 bigger rocks too. So they hurt less.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I never saw the point in one of these because I'm not just going to stand in one place to get my winter time barefoot on, but then I realized that I was generally standing in the same place in my kitchen everyday when I prepare dinner. I stuck this mat right there, and it's my cutting board companion! There is a tiny bit of give, so it's more forgiving than an actual bed of rocks, And it's super lightweight so you can just pick it up and shake it off when it is inevitably full of vegetable peels. It would be nice if the bottom had a little non-slip to it, but it's manageable!

The rock like shape on the mat are too small. It doesn't work.
