I’m pretty impressed with the quality of this. They fit easily but firmly in the tray and are not at all flimsy. I store paint in these, okay? (My babies spat out any homemade food I ever steamed up for them.) So they get a workout. And they are legit airtight. They are perfectly sized for baby food. In case you have better luck feeding rugrats than I do. I couldn’t speak on freezing anything in them though. I’d absolutely buy more.

I have a finicky cat who needs a special diet due to his illnesses. As such, I have to feed him wet food several times a day and must change the flavor, because hey, I wouldn't want to eat the same thing every meal, several times a day, every day either! This is so perfect for storing the leftovers! As my cat's food comes in both small (3oz) cans as well as large (5.5oz) cans, the 2 different sizes are perfect! When opening the small cans, I put half in his bowl & the other half in one of the small containers. When opening the large cans, I put 1/3 in his bowl and divide the other 2/3 into individual servings in each of the larger containers. After they've been in the fridge, I just pop them into the microwave for 10-20 seconds (depending on the meal) and I'm able to feed my cat easily. I love that the lids come apart for easy cleaning and that everything can be put into the dishwasher! I actually bought 2 sets, so I had a tray to keep the clean dry containers in the pantry & another to keep the food stacked in the refrigerator!

Quality of is good, plastic is strong, microwave and dishwasher safe. Stains aren’t removable, plastic gets stains easily and lids have an inner rim of silicone that is not very sturdy and comes off. We had one incident of leaking. Great portion size for our son’s meal, max is 6oz.

I love OXO so of course when I was looking for baby food containers, these were high up on the consideration list. They hold purées very well and have stood up to the dishwasher “sanitize” cycles on the top rack. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars for “easy to clean” was because the lids have 3 parts - the teal edge piece, the clear top, and the silicon ring. You can wash it as a unit, but to get a thorough cleaning, it should probably be taken apart. I’ve used the tops without the seal, and while nothing has leaked yet, I wouldn’t trust it if I were going to be putting the container in a bag or backpack where it may be sideways for an extended period. The color is nice and the markings seem to be accurate when compared with oz on a scale. The tray is nice but only useful if these are going to be stored on a flat surface, and since I make a batch of purée and pull one at a time, it isn’t always a good use of space to keep the tray in the freezer if only half of the spots have containers in them. The only thing that could be improved would be the option of glass, but other than that, these have been perfect for my (and my baby’s) needs.

I got two sets for making small batches of ice cream but in up using some for my Indoor herb Garden. Just the right size for me. I actually cut some off and put them in here to freeze for later. You can put all kinds of stuff in there. I also used them for my sewing items. Very sturdy and easy to use and clean up is a breeze. The price was right so I would definitely recommend these.
