Great product! It smaller and tasted amazing! I used it to make homemade strawberry ice cream and it turned out really good! I did a custard base ice cream and added 1/4 c. Powder with 1/4 c. extra milk after straining my custard base then left to chill before churned. The color is nice and the flavor is a mild natural flavor. Very pleasing. Husband approved. Happy to have a product to keep our ice cream organic, natural, & healthy.

I’ve been looking for better ways to add more fruits and vegetables into my whey protein shakes. I was buying the fruits and vegetables at the store until I came across this products. Strawberry powder is just perfect! It tastes delicious since it’s real freeze dried strawberries and now my shakes are so good. The price is excellent because you get a lot of servings so the size is excellent as well. It has a long expiration date, so you don’t have to worry about real fruits going bad. It comes in a bag which is very functional because you can even take it to go. It’s very easy to use, you just pour a teaspoon of it and you’re good to go. This also works with desserts, dressings and other things. I recommend this product!!

I absolutely love this strawberry powder and buy a lot from this brand! Super tasty to flavor food like frosting baked goods or drinks like milk. I make strawberry milk for my daughter with this and a tiny bit of maple syrup. You can add dragon fruit powder for it to be more pink but it’s a nice light pink without it. Great quality and value you get a decent amount since it’s organic. You can use it for baking but need to use a a lot for flavor, and it doesn’t come out bright pink. I add their dragon fruit powder for baking. Good texture I use a hand held frother and blend it in drinks, and it’s easy to just pour with a scooper. I also use it in electrolyte powder.

This is OK. Not very flavorful as I expected it to be, rather insipid. You have to add quite a bit for it to have any taste, and when you do, it clumps.

I wanted a very, very strawberry cake. I reduced mashed strawberries until they were the consistency of cake batter but struggled to find something I could add to the frosting in order to bump up the flavor without using fake-tasting flavoring. This did it, and did it beautifully. It costs more than strawberries but does what I couldn't without buying a freeze-drier. Which, by the way, is not a cost-effective way of creating your own. This may seem expensive, but it's your cheapest alternative.

This is really delicious! I've added it to smoothies, my cottage cheese, and my hot cocoa. I really love the flavor it adds to my hot cocoa!
