Useless

I got this for my nilfisk hoover it fits grand. But it is useless! Leaves behind crumbs on a timber floor and on carpet it does not work at all because the head lifts up every time you make the movement back towards yourself? I thought I was missing something but hubby tried and it's the same. Waste of money. Will try and buy proper nilfisk head.
