It's perfectly smooth with no hard bits... it's an amazing moisturizer, from head to toe, literally(It doesn't leave the skin oily).It has no smell, very long shelf life. I have NEVER had a coconut oil I could just take a spoon and eat it by itself. This has the BEST FLAVOR I’ve ever tasted in a coconut oil. It’s light not greasy in your mouth, and the flavor is wonderful! I couldn’t imagine bragging on coconut oil, tasting good, but yet, here I am, L O L. Normally I’d consume coconut oil in coffee, but right from my jar if I’m not having coffee.
